What can Gymnasts Achieve?
Accredited Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance Grading Examinations
We follow ISRG, BGA and Acrobatic Arts syllabuses taught by experienced, accredited coaches. After about 6 months of continuous training, gymnasts may take their first graded exam, typically held in Hong Kong each June and November (dates subject to change).
2. Performances and Competition Opportunities
At Staria and Star Dream Academy, we encourage gymnasts to join performances and competitions to boost confidence and broaden horizons. In class, students learn music-driven rhythmic gymnastics routines that blend dance and gymnastic elements. Coaches select outstanding students for performance and competition opportunities. Recommended training: at least 6 months for group routines and 1 year for solos.
